The prototype will likely not be production code. We are not building a full solution — we are reducing risk and getting you to production faster with lower costs. If this seems counterintuitive to you, we're likely not a good fit, and that's okay.

The maximum team size is three: senior engineer, UI designer and the client.

Clear roles

The client has daily input and final say, but does not lead the technical direction or make UI decisions.

High trust, low ego

Everyone must be willing to abandon their own ideas quickly, take blunt feedback without defensiveness and make decisions collaboratively without lengthy debate.

Ruthless scope discipline

Changes to scope are kept to a minimum, which means we usually say no, to protect your interests. See our project scope policy.

The client runs interference with their stakeholders to allow us to stay productive. You need to be able to say no (or at least 'not now') to your people.
